At Heavenly Feet, we want you to walk with total confidence; if your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
